FAQ

Everything you need to know about your membership.

How does bag pricing work?
Each membership plan comes with a weekly allowance of 13-gallon bags, billed as one flat monthly price. Use your own bags for your first pickup — we'll bring your official Holy Sheets bags with your first delivery, then just fill and send in your allotted bags each week after that. Per-pound pricing only comes into play if you use a bag that isn't a standard 13-gallon bag.
What counts as a bag?
One 13-gallon bag — the same size as a normal kitchen trash bag — filled comfortably, not stuffed to bursting. That's roughly 15 lbs of clothes.

If a bag is packed beyond a comfortable close, we'll count it as 2 bags toward your plan.
Do you weigh my bags at pickup?
No — there's no scale at the door. Our drivers do a quick visual check when they pick up your bags. If a bag looks noticeably overfilled, we confirm it at our facility and text you a photo before billing it as an extra bag, so you always know exactly why.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You're billed on the 1st of each month.

To cancel, just let us know before your next billing date. If you cancel mid-month, your service continues through the rest of the month you already paid for — you just won't be billed again after that.
Plans & Pricing
What if I have more laundry than my plan covers?
No problem — just leave an extra bag out with your regular weekly pickup. This is your own bag, not one of ours. If it's a standard 13-gallon bag, it's billed at a flat $35, charged at drop-off in addition to your monthly bill. If it's not a 13-gallon bag, it'll be billed at $2.25/lb instead.
Is there a minimum for pickup?
Yes — our smallest membership, Essential Care, includes 2 bags (30 lbs) per week, so every member already meets our pickup minimum automatically.
What if I don't fill all my bags in a week?
Your plan is a weekly allowance, not a requirement. Unused bags don't carry over or roll into future weeks — we recommend picking the plan that matches your typical week rather than your heaviest one.
Do you offer one-time or pay-as-you-go service?
No — we don't offer one-time service or week-to-week pay-as-you-go. Every customer joins through a monthly membership, billed once a month rather than weekly. This lets us guarantee consistent pickup days and pricing for every member.
What's Included
What's included in the price?
Washing, drying, folding, detergent, and pickup & delivery are all included in every bag. No hidden per-order fees.
Do you handle delicates or items that need special care?
Not currently — right now we offer standard wash, dry, and fold only. We don't handle delicates or stain removal at this time.
Are pickup and delivery included?
Yes, pickup and delivery are included in your monthly membership price at no extra charge.
Bag Logistics
Where do I get my laundry bags?
For your very first pickup, just use your own bags — we'll bring your official Holy Sheets bags along with your first delivery. If you need extras or a replacement after that, just let us know at your next pickup.
Can I mix different types of laundry in one bag?
Yes — everyday clothing, towels, and linens can go in the same bag. We sort lights and darks on our end before washing.
How quickly do I get my laundry back?
Standard turnaround is within 48 hours of pickup.

Limited spots per route

We Keep Our Membership Small on Purpose

Every load is washed and folded with real care, so we only take on as many families as our pickup routes can serve. When our routes are full, the next opening won't come until a spot frees up or we add a new route. Reserve yours while spots are open.
